Hi everyone, my name is Shawn Iarussi. Little bit about myself... I am nineteen years old and live in New York. I own my own powerwashing business and I waiter on the weekends. I just finished up my associates degree and before going on to get my bachelors I plan on getting into real estate. I want to get my license this fall, learn as much as possible, and hopefully buy something spring/summer 2015 with the intent to rent. Until then I'm just going to be reading and learning on here and anywhere else.
