Hey BP! This forum seems like a great resource for unlimited REI educiation. I'm interested in learning who invests in the Las Vegas market. I'm in the process of meeting other players and assembling my team. I'm looking to acquire my first rental property in the next 90 days. I was originally looking at fourplexes, but the vacancy rates don't seem to make sense. Any insight into how to get started? Or the Vegas market?
