I've been on bigger pockets for awhile but never signed up for the forum, I never thought it was this many people on the forum!

But I've been having the burning question that no one can seem to answer completly. I was wondering if and how you can wholesale a property in foreclosure with a sale date. If it is possible I know it will take ALOT of creativity to get the deal done.
