23,military 820 fico score-low income =(
I'm 23, wanting to get into rental properties. I'm in the military and am getting out in 10 months to walk into the wonderful civilian IT sector.
I want to start investing, but am not sure if this is the right time.
I have an excellent fico score but low income(i live int he barracks so they dont pay me for housing) and i'm guessing that would prevent me from getting any sort of loan. Am i wrong?
Any advice for me?
