Nashville, TN new member

Hi all,

I am a Michigan transplant who has lived in Nashville, TN for the past 7 years. My husband and I have acquired a few properties (3 single family homes and 2 small commercial buildings) in Nashville and Hendersonville - either by knowing the seller personally or finding them on MLS- but we truly don't have much knowledge about investing or where we are heading with all of it. That's why I am here :)

I am a mom and an educator part-time, and we are buying real estate to build wealth for our family and for our retirement. Not looking to do this full-time as I love my job.
