Newbie in Denver

Hi everyone. Just wanted to drop a line to introduce myself.

My twin brother, Dan, and I are interested in investing together in real estate (I'm sure he'll be joining BP soon). We haven't settled on a strategy yet, but are looking at starting in buy & hold and flips. We've spent the last few months researching and learning about how to get started, and I think our first transaction will happen this year.

We're looking to connect with other people in the area and across the country to learn from your experiences, develop relationships and find opportunities. BP has been a wealth of information, and I'm excited to join the community!
