Hello BiggerPockets, I am a Manager for a Financial Institution here in Texas, and have recently made the decision to get serious about flipping homes and not just reading literature about it. It started when one of my more financially successful clients asked what I was doing to make money in addition to my job. He continued to ask me, "what is making you money while you sleep?" I had no answer, and it started to weigh on me. I started thinking that a lot of my client's wealth comes from real estate, and that's where it all began. I have read book after book to gain knowledge on the "flip" process, but find myself with more questions. My wife and I attended the county auction for the experience, and felt I like a 6 year old at Disney World...overstimulated, overwhelmed, but excited. This was right up my alley!
