Newbie in Jacksonville, Florida

Hello everyone, 

My name is Talescia and I live in Jacksonville, Fl.  I am new to real estate investing, as a wholesaler. I have been listening to the BP podcast and reading the wealth of information on BP.  I am really excited at what lies ahead although I know it is hard work I am willing to do it.  At this time I am just educating myself, and being aware of my personality to want to know it all before I do anything.  In other words the "analysis paralysis" syndrome. 

I would love to connect with an Experienced Wholesaler her in Jacksonville just so I can ask questions or even shadow him/her to get some hands on experience.  I know that reading and gaining an understanding on paper is not the same as actually 'doing" what you have learned.  

Finally I think as I read the articles, listen to podcast, ask questions in the forums I  will join my local Real Estate Investors group if I can't find a mentor.  

I can't believe all of the resources that are available on BP!
