Hello all. My name is Max Himmel and I am a new real estate investor in the Ann Arbor Michigan area. My goal is to generate a second source of passive income over the next twenty or so years. Ann Arbor is a big college town and I would like to invest in student rental properties. Since I am new to real estate any and all advice you guys and gals have is very welcomed!
