New to BP and ready to learn!!

Hello to all. I came across BP about a week ago and am super excited to start my real estate investing education. I am in a Maryland suburb just outside of Washington, D.C. I have very little real estate experience but I recognize the benefits of investing in real estate and therefore have made a commitment to become as educated as possible in regard to investing. I have jumped headfirst into the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, blogs, forums and podcasts. I would like to give a sincere thanks to all who contribute and share how they have built the wheel so that people like me won't have to reinvent it.
