Hi all I'm Ajay and I'm from NYC. I'm 21 years old and trying to get all the advice and help I can get. Anything and everything will be greatly appreciated by every single one of you.

This place seems like a great place to learn from and to turn to a great industry.

I'm really considering getting into real estate but I'm not sure where to start.
I see a few online real estate courses but not sure if they're a scam or not.

I'm currently still in college, but working part time at a bank isn't cutting it for me. I need more. I crave more. I want more.

What would advice be to someone like me? Should I do the online class? Then what?
