Hi my name is Jonathon Cole and I live in Riverside California. I work full time, have 3 beautiful children and a hard working wife of 10 years. I am new to this community and have been looking to establish myself on a platform where like minds can meet. I have been working in post foreclosure activities with a mid-level (600+ properties a year) investor for 5+ years now and I have gained a lot of knowledge in acquisitions, evictions, financing, title resolutions etc. I'm looking to bring my knowledge and know how to those in the community who may not have knowledge of the industry in the Southern California region.
