Hello all,
My name is Heath Schollenberger, I came across the BP podcast the other day and have enjoyed listening and feel like there is a ton of great info on this site. I live in Scottsdale, AZ, I have a real estate license here as well as a few rental properties in Tempe AZ and a couple back in my home state of MI. I am looking to expand my portfolio and hoping to make some great connections on this site.

If everyone is looking for a cheap rehab flip, look for other problems.
1. Divorce
2. Probate
3. BK
4. No Equity
5. Condemned
All these have possible seller financed solutions (sub2, lease option, wraps, etc).
Think outside the box!
