Hello BP!!! I have been poking around the site for a while and listening to the podcasts. I finally decided to create an account and get serious with my overall portfolio health. Stocks and bonds are fun, but I want to grow my money in other ways. More specifically passive income. I live in Virginia Beach and work at the Naval Station in Norfolk.

My sister lives in the Bay Area and from SoCal. The Navy moved me to Virginia Beach in 1997 and I've been here ever since. Thanks for the tip and I'll take it onboard.
