Updated over 10 years ago,
vermonter here--and ready to learn how to be a successful landlord
Hi folks, I am Susan and in the past I have had a bit of success as a landlord and am now ready to learn how to take it to the next level.
I am middle aged, working as a private contractor for the past few years and have a good credit score.
My goals are to at least break even now, and create positive cash flow for my retirement years, and to create tax advantages starting as soon as possible. As a private contractor this is vital to my financial well being.
My area has an extremely tight rental market, and is especially tight for my niche market.
That's it for now, I'm off to read and learn from you all.
Thanks.
