getting started in Austin Texas!

My name is Randy Noble. I've lived in Austin Tx for about 8 years. Im hoping to start Rehabbing and flipping in the central Texas area, with the goal of starting to buy and Hold a few for Long term rentals. Also contemplating the San Antonio Market due to high prices in Austin, just a little scared to do a flip that far away from Home. Any advice is welcome!
