Hey fellas:)

I'm new here. I'd also like to say that i'm in California. Well, these are introductions, so here goes! Well, i guess i'll tell ya what i do. Well, i am an Seo professional. That is basicly optimizing websites for the search engines. While this is what i have done for my self. i am not doing that as a profesion right now. Simply put, i essentially market products for other people and and use my own skills to do that for myself.

Well, as far as real estate investing, i am new to that field. I would like to get into investing as far as wholesaling. And when i say that i mean securing a contract and then assigning it to to a buyer. I have researched this extensibly, and purchased a course on how to do this.
Still i am a little unclear in some areas so i hope you guys can clear
some areas up for me.

So, that is what i'd like to do, but before i even try to get into that field, i
will most likely try scouting(bird dogging) properties as that seems easier for now. That will teach me the ropes i hope and then later i will hopefully jump into wholesaling. (securing contracts and assigning them to buyers.)

Well, i hope this is a good introduction for myself and i hope i will make alot of new friends who will be able to serve as my mentors. I will hope to learn from all you experts here and hopefully i can be helpful to you guys aswell. I look forward to meeting you in the forums and making new friends aswell.
