Currently a VP of Sales, I have seen the writing on the wall. Dodged two layoffs...ready to take charge. We own 1 duplex, and would like to increase our holdings. I am researching Flips and Wholesaling which led me here. Devouring the info. Books, podcasts, forums, ebooks. Awesome! Thank you all!

Considering career change to become a real estate agent as well. Recommended? Would like to meet with other area investors.
