Oh crap!

Forgot about this. Names George been in Vegas for .. Along time now. Haha. Watched the market build up then crash here and then start to come back. The large eye sore with the fountain blue and others on the strip are a reminder in my eyes to not over extend yourself.

Other then that. Still young at this game. Just checking out the site and learning while I go along this path (still reading the book). I'll observe and be obsessed about investing this route. I'm very committed.

Do to changing of jobs in less then a year I'll be cash heavy and ill start then. But everyday I'll be looking. The hard cash lending and the credit card thing I've seen people do here looks to risky to me. That's just me.

I'm interested in flips, Buy and holds, and multifamily homes.

There's no easy way to making it rich. Its hard work. Its saving. Its tuff. Its the little things everyday. Its unforgiving. There is no shortcuts... But hell its worth a try haha.
