Good afternoon,

I've browsed and read many articles here for a while, decided to join the forums and hopefully network.

I had become an accidental landlord, which worked out since I have had my townhouse rented out for the past couple of years now.

I'm really looking to get more into the rehab and flip side.

Located in the Orange, CT area
