Hi everyone, my name is brad. My wife and I have been investing in real estate since 2007. We buy and hold for cash flow. We are thinking about trying to relocate to the gulf coast region but not sure what to do now. Would appreciate any comments suggestions or shared experience of owning near the gulf coast FL, AL, and MS. Has anyone else done something like tis? We are in the Midwest and want to go south :)
