Hello,

My name is Rucker and I just joined BiggerPockets. I live in the Chicagoland area and am taking my second swing at REI. I don't have a ton of experience but everyone has to start somewhere right? I'm hear to learn and network as much as I can. Initially i'd like to focus on distressed properties to rehab and sell, then eventually acquire multi-unit properties to hold long-term and create residual income. Thanks in advance BP community and I look forward to this journey.
