The market here is not imploding like some parts of the country, although we have a lot of foreclosures. High end homes are great for short sales here, especially with high interest jumbo loans.

And you can still pick up cash flow rentals for $60k-$75K that recently sold for $120-$130.

It's a great time to buy cash flow rentals.

What's it like in your market.
