New to Bigger Pockets in Nashville
Hi Y'all,
I have had my Real Estate licence for just over a year and focus on investors and investing in Real Estate myself.
I am an independent investor who focuses mostly on long term investments and options and am now branching out into Real Estate. I always look at a property from an investment standpoint first and foremost. My goal is to own 20 single family rental units over the next 5 years.
Because I have access to the MLS and the Real Estate community I run into a lot of deals and not all of them are right for me. I am happy to share what I have and find with anyone else. What makes me unique is that I listen to you and your interests in looking for a property.
