Newbie in DFW Texas Metroplex

Hello everyone. My name is Rose Carfrey. I am new at real estate investing. I have actually just started two months ago and still do not have my first deal done. Right now I am looking at just assigning or birddogging. I believe this is a good place for me to start. I am a single mom four year old girl with special needs. I am also trying to complete my degree from college. I actually learned about this website while searching for a contract that would work in Texas for Assigning a Contract. I beleive that out of everything that I have learned this past two months this is the best site I could have found.
