New Member in Southern California

Hi, my name Jag. I currently live on the coast in Ventura, CA with my wife and son.
Looking to get into fix/flip homes. Don't have any experience in this area, but have been a realtor in the past in Canada.
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and lived in Seattle for 10 years before moving south. I still own a home in Seattle area.

Hoping to learn as much as i can and dive in to building a business first in California. Looking forward to networking with everyone here and learning from you all.
