Hello to all!

What a great site/resource. Thanks to all the people who take the time to make this site so useful. Been reading the RE intro stuff, watching the Blogs, not enough time in one day it seems.....

I live and work in Penang Malaysia as an expat, my family and "home" are split between central Ohio and Tampa Bay area Florida.

I'm recently ex-Navy and am interested in multi-family investing. My prior RE experience is with SFH but not really as an investor. I learned a lot from those purchases and sales, thanks to this site I'm learning a lot more.....and it's not costing me as much!
