Hellooo fellow BP-ers! Looking to expand my holdings to the above PA counties (moderately invested in SFH and small mixed use stuff in NJ). Been following growth and demographic patterns and these seem like great areas to invest in. Anyone care to share anything about these Pennsylvania counties? Seeking small mixed use stuff and small multi-families (3 and under units per bldg). Any thoughts...
