Non profit org investments

I lead a small non profit organization that invests it's assets primarily in equities (stocks etc). Investing in debt financed real estate is taxable to a non-profit. (UBIT) Does anyone here have experience with a non profit investing cash assets into rental properties?

Thanks!

Barry

Welcome to BP @Barry Armstrong! I don't have the experience you're looking for here. You may find more exposure for your specific question in the Tax & Legal Issues section of the forums. You can also try the search tool on the top right corner to search for previous discussions on the topic.

Hope that helps!
