Hi All,

Joe from Houston Texas. Just joined and I am a total newbie in the real estate investment world. I am looking to transition to semi-retirement through real estate. This will be a family business as I have two daughters much more business minded than myself. I am looking to learn, watch from the side lines and eventually stick my toes into a couple of rental units.
