New member from Tucson (for a little while at least)

I've been living in Tucson for about 5 years and have 1 rental property right now. I'm about to leave to be stationed overseas and was looking into property management to manage both my rental and my current home while I'm gone. In doing so, I happened to stumble across this website.

I've read through most of the beginners guide and have really gotten interested in trying to pick up some multifamily properties when I return. I hope to learn a lot and maybe even contribute on this site. So far, from the posts I've read, this seems to be a really great community of like minded investors that want to help others and not just put them down.

I look forward to connecting with more of you and seeing what I'm actually capable of when investing in real estate.
