Hello everyone,

My name is Eric, and I am obviously new here. I am a US army SGT at present and currently stationed in Germany. My contract is up this year and I'm looking to buy a multifamily property in south Florida. Eventually I would like more, but gotta start somewhere right? If there are any members reading this in the area who have some expertise in that region or category of homes, I'd love to hear from you.
