I've spent a few days on BP and finally created an account! I'm really impressed by the amount of resources here (and especially how knowledgeable the members are). Definitely looking forward to learning from you all, and contributing to the BP myself.

I've been looking at listings in various locations around LA, but I don't see opportunities with upside similar to what other members are posting.

I'd really appreciate any guidance on where to get started, and which locations to focus on for the best upside potential. I understand it takes a lot more than just finding the right city / town, but would appreciate any feedback on the areas where "number make sense".

Thank you!
