Hello, South California here

Hi, My name is Josephine.

I'd like to network with anyone who work South California. I am always looking for good team members for: attorney, title, lenders, etc, etc.

My experience include 10 years of brokerage, and 6 years of appraising properties. Currently I still hold licenses but I focus on pre-foreclosure. I am also Asian and if anyone need help dealing with asian homeowners feel free to contact me. I am open to discuss problems you face with appraisals, no charge of course.

It looks like a great site and I look forward to learning lots from all of you!

p.s. I speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, and of course English. Asian homeowners' barrier is not only in language, mostly in culture.
