I have been reading on here for awhile (hence the name, sorry MikeOH :wink: ) and figured out that if you are involved in OH real estate you have to belong on this forum. I am fairly new to the game, but have pulled the trigger (July, 07) and am renting out a couple of rooms in my house. I am looking forward to reading (and maybe someday writing) more insightful posts.
