Hi Everyone,

I work in the Austin tech sector and am considering a full time move into REI. I live and work on the north side of town and am interested in rehab/flip opportunities in that area.

Prices and rents are up and headed higher, so I'm wondering how that will effect buying opportunities. Are there still good buying opportunities in RR, Pflugerville, Cedar Park and Georgetown? Is there anything not selling well right now? How do the markets in communities a little farther out compare to what is going in Austin right now?

I'm excited to be here and am looking forward to meeting everyone!

Steve

The podcasts are great. They always have a few golden nuggets and plenty of valuable experience shared. I regularly have to stop the recording to take notes. Good stuff.
