I'm Vicki in Kansas City, Missouri. I can't believe I haven't found BP sooner but am glad to be here now. It looks like an awesome community!

I have 2 rentals, one accidental and one intentional. The intentional was a forclosure that I rehabbed. This one gives me a nice cash flow.

My strategy now is to start wholesaling to fund additional buy and holds. I look forward to learning a lot here and start doing some deals!

Hi...from another KC, MO person. I just found this site a couple of weeks ago & it has a ton of information. I am very new to RE investing & have yet to really begin. I am soaking up all the info I can & when the time is right...I hope to begin. What area are you from?
