Hi, I'm Emily Snapp from Spartanburg, SC. My husband and I are about to make an offer in hopes of purchasing our first investment property. We are planning to flip it and I'm interested in wholesale as well. We would eventually like to buy rentals. I've been learning a lot from the BP podcasts and have enjoyed reading through the forums.
