So hi everyone. I'm a newbie to real estate investing.

I just started researching this subject for other options. I'll probably purchase a HUD or low-cost home this year. It could be a future renter. I'll be studying for the RE license as well. I want to get into SFH holds and eventually small apartment complexes, but without a lot of cash on hand it will be a slow start.

If there are any local attorneys, accountants or agents that specialize in RE investing on a small scale feel free to contact me.

Thanks to everyone for sharing your time and knowledge.

James
