Hi everyone! My name is Dave White and I am kicking myself for not finding BiggerPockets a few years ago. I currently live in Wichita, KS and work as a contract administrator at McConnell AFB. I have been on active duty for the past seven years working in contracting and aircraft maintenance. I really fell into real estate after I moved to Kansas in 2012 and had no choice but to rent out my single family home in Tucson, AZ. After a year of receiving a consistent check for rent and maybe talking to the property manager once a month, I realized I could do this even on a small budget. My wife is now a real estate agent in Wichita and we have been slowly analyzing for our next purchase. Our goal for this year is to purchase our second property and the long term goal is to acquire a minimum of one each year after.
