Howdy BP Members!

My name is Matt and I am a mechanical engineer by trade who is new to the real estate investing world. I live and work in the 'Smyings' area and would like to learn more about the market and get my feet wet with a few buy and hold to generate some rent cashflow and build my real estate reputation. My goal is to build enough cashflow to cover the monthly bills and allow me to gain some more financial independence. I am down to help more experienced investors in the area with anything they need help with while I learn the market. I can definitely bring technical assistance to the table.

I am currently devouring the BP podcast and cruising through the blog, and any recommended REIAs in ATL or Meetups would be appreciated!
