Hello, my name is Walter, and I am new to the real estate investment business. I have been reading everything I can get my hands on regarding wholesaling and flipping properties. What I need is a mentor to guide me through this process. I am doing this full-time and I am need of some advise! I am in the Philadelphia area. Thanks, and I can't wait to get started!
