Hello All,

The forum is great looking forward to connecting with everyone. I curently live in Maryland and I am near one of the top foreclosed cities in America. I see that there are alot of opportunities in my area and currently I am doing my homework to buy my first house and leverage equity, my money, and other people's money to buy and hold SFR MFR, and also flip houses. I am also in the process of putting together a team of investors to create win win situations for people and add value to people's lives.
