Hello. My name is Travis Ward, I am from Minot, ND. I hope to share my story in the future, but like many of us, I found bigger pockets because of a question I had about vetting a tenant. I am mostly a buy and hold invested, currently I have four properties.

I unfortunately had the experience of becoming a flipper in 2011 because my house ended up underwater, literally! Minot North Dakota flooded 20 days after I moved here for work and 30 days after I closed on my new home. It's been a crazy couple of years, but I'm excited about closing next month on our next flip/buy and hold property.

Thanks to the bigger pockets community for your advice and posts that I have already reaped so much from. I'm looking forward to getting to know many of you in the future.

Travis

@Brandon Turner and @Joe Fairless thanks for saying hello. While I'm happy with our investing; I feel like such a rookie. I have learned so much in the past six month; I am loving it.

Thanks for asking about the tenant. It's been a good relationship for the past year. Wouldn't have been as thorough without advice on this site.

Looking forward to getting to know you both in the upcoming months.
