Total Newbie (Mentor)
Hello I'll keep it fairly simple I'm new to the whole REI field, but it has always been a passion of mine, So since I recently got out of the military and relocated to Chicago, I'm ready to go for the goal, I have researched avast amount of information for months, going to REI seminars, and REI classes (which I've paid a ton of money for.) And now I've found myself overloaded with information, I'm read to implement everything that I have learned, but feel is though I need a mentor for the real time question that I would have with the process.. So if there any REI willing to help that would greatly appreciated...I also have a couple of properties that I'm looking at for my first investment but just not 100% sure if they would be the best....
