"Hello World" from the DC/MD/VA area

Good Afternoon my name is Keri and I currently live in the DMV area. I went to college in the DMV and I am very familiar with the area. I work in the IT Industry as an IT Engineer and have been for the last 4 years. I am in my mid-twenties and bought my first home at 24. :) I am currently a landlord and enjoy it.

I joined the site to gain more knowledge surrounding investing in single/multi-family homes for now, and expanding into other types of investing later on. I am looking to purchase more property in the next year and have started researching specific markets/neighborhoods already.

I have extensive knowledge around homes and architecture since my dad has been in construction for 20+ years and we are currently remodeling parts of my home.

I hope to meet and converse with some new people on this site as well as investors in my area.

@Keri Browne welcome to BP! Beltsville is one of my target areas. I'm looking for additional Holds as well but I'm also interested in starting to flip. @Anita Bloom I may be interested in partnering.
