Hello, My name is Marshall. My wife (Marti) and I are looking to wholesale and rehab properties. We own and operate a property management company in Central Illinois. We do maintenance on SFR's mostly. We maintain, and do minor repairs and fix-ups to them as owners have them listed for sale. This has put us in a great position to wholesale and to find prime properties to rehab, so we are currently looking for cash buyers. We are looking to wholesale some properties at first to have the cash to purchase homes for us to rehab and re-sell. Along the way pick up a rental or 2 for cash flow.
