Well, I never wanted to be a landlord. Actually, I wouldn't say never but I never thought this is how it'd go.

I work in one office for my job, but my home office is a long way away. My company wants me to relocate, and has made it worthwhile. But, given the state of things, selling my house really isn't a great option. I could probably do it, but not without spending a lot of my savings so I've looked to renting.

Right now, my goal is to find a property manger, work out what needs to happen and start get the ball rolling. I'm very lucky to not have a hard timeline, but I'd like to be moved by August.

I'm nervous, but more important, I'm excited. Hopefully, I can get off this off to a good start.

Thanks!
