Hello Everyone,

I am a Mortgage Broker here in Southern California and am looking to make additional contacts through the forums. My traditional business has been mostly residential purchases and refinances for the past 5 years. As we all know the market has slowed down due to the credit crunch, valuations and underwriting guidelines, so I have branched off a bit and have several deals working in Costa Rica, St. Andrews, Scotland, Mexico and Hawaii. I am interested in networking and meeting money sources as well as chatting about market conditions and ways to capitalize in this crazy time. I am very tech savvy and have several lead generation and marketing websites that bring in domestic and international buyers, sellers and investors.
