Hi everyone,

My name is I'ecus and I found this site when I was doing a google search on a wholesale guru and found your site.

I've been investing since 06' using only traditional methods, eg "downpayment, loan" and I have a couple of rentals.

What i'm looking for now are other investors who aren't afraid to share or teach others even if you're in the same home town. I'm also looking to remove the fear and unknown on doing other deals. Biggest fair is not finding buyers if I did a wholesale etc.

I know there's no cookie cutter how to, but I would like to find something that walks you through from A-Z on deals that don't leave out the meat of the subject just to get you to spend $$$ on some course or bootcamp.
